My weight loss story!
I used to be overweight! I was depressed and lived in a shell. I was told that I would not make it to 40 if I kept living the way I was.. After many failed attempts at dieting finally found an exercise I could do. Leslie Sansone Walk at home.. After a few weeks I was walking a mile. Weight started to slip away but not quickly. Lost about 24 lbs with WAH… That wasn’t enough I was still suffering from high blood pressure.. Felt like crap even though I was walking 3 miles.. Then I was introduced to Stefan Pinto.. He is the founder of the C diet. He taught us how to eat and not be afraid of food. We experienced new items, never hungry and never felt deprived. I am a firm believer in you are what you eat..
